Synopsis
The main character, Julie Snyder was extremely unfortunate to have her phone service company, MCI Inc., overcharge her phone bills and despite calling their customer service many times, she was unable to get her money back. This went on for ten months and after being constantly ignored, she felt trapped and overwhelmed.
When an ordinary customer support issue becomes a prolonged nightmare…
What did you want your book cover to convey to the audience?
You might ask…
I wanted the cover to convey to the audience what Julie felt and also include important elements from the story. Most of all, I hope the audience’s first impression is that this book is a of a horror genre and that my design choices exaggerated parts of the story that will intrigue the audience to pick up the book if they saw it on a bookshelf.
